A Building Restored to its Former Glory and Brand New Apartments on Market Street!

A historic staple of Market Street at 2 East 7th has been restored and 15 brand-new apartments named 618 MKT are now available to call home! Above 4,500 sq ft of retail, the new apartments are stunning, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and beautiful views of the city below. 

The grand opening not only celebrates the new apartments, but also the historic building façade being restored to its original Queen Anne Style dating back to 1895. Complete with a standing seam metal roof and 13-foot copper finial, the building is already catching the attention of many. Watch the short video below to see the transformation.

Just a month following the MKT Place grand opening, which houses the community’s amenities including a fitness center and resident lounge, the resurgence of energy continues on Market Street as more people call it home.
