Billy Penn on coming to Downtown Wilmington
BillyPenn.com is a website focused on giving Philadelphia residents news and tips, including suggesting travel destinations.
Recently, the site recommended Wilmington as a great place for a day trip - here's an excerpt:
Hang out in the Market Street area for history, shopping and restaurants centered in this downtown area. Rodney Square is right in the center of this business district and is a good place to start walking through the city.

Making it easier to invest in Downtown Wilmington
The new Downtown Development District plan to encourage investments in properties in downtown areas of Wilmington, Dover, and Seaford is getting better.
Administrators with the Delaware State Housing Authority are proposing a series of changes to the program that will, among other things, lower the minimum qualified investment threshold from $25,000 to $15,000.
