Rodney Square is the public square and national historic district located in downtown Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, named after American Revolutionary leader Caesar Rodney. A large statue of Rodney by James E. Kelly stands in the front of the square. The square was created in the early 20th century by John Jacob Raskob who worked for Pierre S. du Pont. The City Beautiful movement served as the inspiration for the effort.

Since the 1970s, downtown Wilmington has been enlivened by the great variety of music now presented by Market Street Music.  MSM brings audiences the eclectic Thursday Noontime Concerts – a free series – as well as riveting classical full-length concerts in the evening.  It also supports two choral organizations – Mastersingers of Wilmington and Center City Chorale. Concerts are presented in the historic and beautiful First & Central Presbyterian Church, on Market Street in downtown Wilmington.

Originally a Woolworth's Department Store (1940), the building has been transformed into the Delaware History Museum and the Jane and Littleton Mitchell Center for African American Heritage. It features permanent and rotating exhibitions, classrooms, and meeting space.
