Humble Park Place, a brand new 61-unit apartment community on Lower Market Street. Humble Park Place, which broke ground in Summer 2023, features one and two-bedroom apartments including a fitness center, resident lounge, and private rooftop deck. Humble Park Place also features a lobby mural designed by artist, musician, and co-owner of Spaceboy Clothing, Dave Sanchez (Chez Creative). In 2017, Chez Creative, with the help of Downtown Visions, revitalized the neglected park and transformed the space into an outdoor performing arts venue. The community pays tribute to the former site with its name while reactivating this highly visible intersection.
