This Monday, April 2nd join in the celebration of the grand opening of Mid-town Park Garage and the official launch of pre-leasing the sought after luxury apartments at The Residences at Mid-town Park.

Whether you are living downtown, going out on the town, or looking for a convenient place to end your morning commute, the Mid-Town Park Garage is suitable for all downtown parking needs. A representative will be on site during the event to answer any questions on rates and availability. To reserve a space, call 215-568-4018.

This occasion also marks the official launch of pre-leasing for The Residences at Mid-town Park. Be among the first to reserve an apartment and receive 2 months of free parking. Hardhat tours will be available of select apartments.

*If you are planning on taking a hard hat tour, please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes.

Leases signed for the apartments by May 1st will receive 2 complimentary months of parking within the Mid-town garage. Guests that bring this invitation with them will also receive a waived application fee.
